Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a senior finance partner to support OpCo Presidents in setting financial goals and strategies across the organization. This role owns financial planning and management, delivering insights to drive the division’s plan and maximize return on assets while maintaining strong internal controls.

This on-site role involves light travel between Columbus, OH, Cleveland, and Detroit, requiring a proactive communication style and the ability to synthesize data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance is required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and forecasting.
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent organization and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic and financial plans for divisions in collaboration with management teams.
• Review forecasts, variance analyses and provide recommendations to reach plan.
• Support internal controls and safeguard division assets.
• Monitor inventory systems and expense areas to protect asset value.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership.
• Assist audit processes and respond to information requests.
