Qualifications

• Hands-on partner to executive leadership as a strategic finance business partner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance business partner to division leadership, providing insight on revenue, margins, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance.
• Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations.
• Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Support acquisition integration efforts and drive finance system optimization, including NetSuite.
• Develop and mentor the finance team while building accountability and high-performance standards.
