• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• GAAP knowledge and audit readiness.
• Detail-oriented with accurate financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the firm's financial strategy in alignment with growth goals.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate financial insights into business decisions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and allocation strategies.
• Serve as primary financial liaison to external stakeholders including auditors, banking partners, and tax advisors.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance team.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and data integration.
