Job summary

SpatialNetworX is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of the business unit, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team on strategy, governance and risk management. You will drive the development of operational and financial strategy, metrics, and control monitoring to ensure accuracy and strategic impact.

You will oversee IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the finance function, while collaborating with functional leads to ensure project bids and contracts align

Qualifications

• Experience in operational financial leadership and IFRS reporting.
• Ability to develop and implement financial strategy with governance and risk management.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear business plans, priorities, and forecasts with target accuracy of +/-5%.
• Evolve financial processes, systems, and policies to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting to meet internal/external requirements and IFRS.
• Own the Quarterly Strategic Review forecasting process and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee risk management, contract terms, and governance across finance operations.
• Lead and develop the Finance team and manage stakeholder expectations.
