You will supervise the accounting team and partner cross-functionally with pricing, compensation, and operations to drive data-driven decisions. The role demands 10+ years in finance or accounting, with leadership experience and strong skills in modeling, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a people management role.
• Strong fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis; comfort with large data sets and BI/reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to executives and board members.
• Highly collaborative with a track record of partnering cross-functionally across an organization.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical judgment and an ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes to drive strategic decision-making.
• This role leads the Controller, who leads and supervises the accounting team; partner cross-functionally on pricing and compensation.
• Create dashboards and executive reporting to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Own pricing, contribution margin, and compensation models; perform scenario analysis for leadership decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align projects, incentives, and KPIs as the organization matures.
