You will supervise the finance team, maintain internal controls, analyze performance, identify trends and risks, and provide data-driven insights to leadership for long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Canditates should have strong finance and forecasting skills with budgeting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting with timely deliverables is required.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and support decisions.
• Experience leading finance teams and maintaining internal controls.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; advanced certs are a plus (CPA, CMA, MBA).
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions are important.
• Experience in automotive/retail/service industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
