Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a Director of Finance Strategy & Analytics to lead financial modeling, pricing, and pricing strategy while partnering with senior leadership. This role blends analytics with executive storytelling and builds a small pricing/analytics team.

The position requires a strong background in investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance, with experience in SaaS or education tech preferred. Hybrid in-office with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar analytical function.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or education technology strongly preferred; exposure to pricing, commercial deal structuring, or GTM strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, and other initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and analysis for GTM and top-line performance.
• Own analysis and recommendations on deal commercials, pricing, and packaging.
• Prepare data-driven presentations for executive and Board audiences and translate analyses into actionable narratives.
