Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A at senior management level.
• Skilled in building complex financial models and scenario analyses.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and advise executive leadership.
• Experience with franchise-based / multi-unit operations preferred.
• Excellent communication with CFO and board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses.
• Establish and monitor key financial KPIs.
• Provide performance reporting to the CFO and executive leadership.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs, and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, liquidity, and working capital.
• Partner with functional leaders and franchisees to improve financial performance.
• Develop standardized franchisee financial reporting and performance analysis frameworks.
• Prepare and present financial materials for senior leadership, board of directors, and investor discussions.
