Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, including FP&A and close/reporting ownership.
• Experience building, scaling, or modernizing finance and accounting processes.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day financial management of the firm.
• Build and communicate a clear view of the organization’s financial health.
• Develop and track KPIs and create executive-ready dashboards.
