Qualifications

• 15+ years FP&A experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, DoD contracting, and DCAA compliance.
• Experience in publicly traded companies amid high growth.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated Annual Operating Plan, budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Provide strategic analysis and board-ready insights for external stakeholders.
• Oversee financial reporting with detailed budget schedules and variance analyses.
• Manage a team of four FP&A professionals and mentor staff.
• Develop financial models and KPIs; monitor performance and trends.
