Héroux-Devtek Spain seeks a Senior Director of Finance to lead the school’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting. You will oversee accounting, treasury, payroll, and risk management while partnering with the executive team to ensure long-term stability and responsible stewardship of resources.

You will direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, provide dashboards and KRAs, and present insights to the Board and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Serve as the senior financial advisor to the Executive Team and develop long-term financial strategies to sustain the school’s mission.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead annual budgeting, long-range forecasts, dashboards, and KRAs; monitor performance against objectives.
• Accounting and Financial Reporting: Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, internal controls, and monthly/quarterly/annual statements.
• Treasury and Cash Management: Manage cash flow, banking relations, debt, and investment strategy.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, taxes, and benefit accounting.
• Board and Committee Support: Prepare financial reports for the School Board and committees; attend meetings.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure nonprofit accounting standards, regulatory compliance, audits, and risk mitigation.
• Tuition, Enrollment, and Financial Aid Analysis: Collaborate with admissions to analyze enrollment trends and revenue.
