Unlimited Service Group in Bloomington, Minnesota seeks a Director of Finance to serve as the senior finance partner to branch and operational leaders. You will lead budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and performance reporting; explain drivers of results; and help teams improve profitability.

You will partner with Corporate Finance and Accounting on reporting and controls. This full-time role is based in our Bloomington office and requires approximately 20% travel, reporting to the Vice

Qualificações

• At least eight years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Led budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Partnered with operational leaders in a multi-location business.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills and experience with ERP and reporting systems.
• Communicate financial results clearly to non-finance leaders and build trust across teams.
• Exercise sound judgment, develop people, and value accurate reporting and effective controls.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or related advanced qualification is preferred; field service/distribution experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Corporate Finance and Accounting on reporting and controls.
• Lead the finance team, setting priorities, reviewing its work, and developing team members.
• Review monthly results, investigate variances, and explain performance to leadership.
• Oversee the annual budget and forecasts with FP&A and operational leaders.
• Monitor revenue, labor, overhead, margins, and profitability by branch/service line.
• Strengthen financial controls and data quality across reporting.
• Evaluate pricing, contracts, cost improvements, and capital investments with leaders.
