Job summary

HomeServices of America in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a senior finance leader to partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans and oversee finance staff, ensuring accurate reporting and compliant controls for the region.

You will direct budgets, forecasts, and cost management, drive EBITDA optimization, and mentor regional finance staff while maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership to meet business objectives and protect assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or accounting.
• Ten plus years of finance/management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop local business plans and budgets aligned with strategy.
• Oversee and direct policies, procedures, and controls for accurate reporting.
• Lead annual budget process; monitor results vs plan and adjust.
• Advise management on objectives, policies, and organizational structure.
• Manage operating and capital expenditures to meet EBITDA projections.
• Direct finance activities for contracts and leases; approve business cases.
• Mentor regional finance leaders and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to meet business needs.
