Job summary

Crown + Conquer, part of Signed holding group, seeks a Director of Finance in Los Angeles (hybrid) to oversee financial health, planning, and controls across multiple entities.

You will partner with the COO, CEOs and GMs to translate strategy into fiscal policy, manage capital allocation, and ensure GAAP compliance. Experience at Big 4 and multi-entity reporting preferred.

This role offers strategic influence across a growing portfolio and requires 10+ years in accounting or finance with CPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as a Controller or Finance lead in advertising, marketing or media agency is a plus.
• Experience with multiple legal entities and board/investor reporting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and payroll management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial health of HoldCo and entities.
• Translate enterprise vision into financial strategy and capital allocation.
• Establish standards, controls, and approval frameworks.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and cash flow across entities.
• Prepare and present financial reporting for executives and boards.
• Manage external accounting team and tax filings.
• Ensure tax compliance at federal, state, local levels.
