Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; 5–7 years in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in non-profit/governmental finance.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in financial modeling and system integration with GL systems; Banner experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Business Office financial functions and staff.
• Manage general ledger and reconciliations with data integrity.
• Prepare financial schedules, reports, and analyses.
• Lead annual operating and capital budgets with leadership.
• Ensure state and federal reporting compliance.
• Support audit processes and year-end closing.
• Provide training on Business Office procedures and Banner Finance.
• Collaborate with IT on system improvements.
• Promote customer service and cross-functional initiatives.
