Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of finance experience including FP&A and decision support.
• Hybrid work in Hartford, CT, 3 days/week in office.
• Experience leading teams and building analytics, automation, and business partnership.
• Strong end-to-end financial modeling connecting operational, technology, and allocation drivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Technology and Finance leadership, providing clear financial insights and decision frameworks.
• Translate complex financial results and allocation impacts into actionable guidance for executive decision-making.
• Deliver executive-ready commentary that explains risks, opportunities, and required actions.
• Lead development of Operating Plan, forecasts, and driver-based financial models.
• Shift reporting to forward-looking insights by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve forecast governance, scenario modeling, and alignment to decisions.
• Create scalable materials and commentary to increase efficiency and impact for leadership.
• Lead modernization of Technology Finance forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Leverage AI, automation, and reusable workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
