Qualifikationen

• CPA or BA in Accounting, Business, Fiscal Management, or related field.
• Five years of experience analyzing accounts for a multi-funded agency.
• Three years’ experience with Excel, reporting software and databases.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet.
• Arizona driver's license, insurance, fingerprint card, SSN, and vehicle for business use.
• Health questionnaire required at hire and updated every 3 years.
• Immunizations or approved exemption on file.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

• Plans, develops, and oversees Finance/Accounting department objectives and goals.
• Supervises staff and handles hiring, evaluations, and personnel actions.
• Assists in preparing agency-wide departmental budgets.
• Oversees project management on Fund Accounting software and payroll software.
• Develops and implements accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitors expenditures and maintains general ledger systems.
• Ensures accuracy of month-end journal entries and asset records.
• Reports internal financial information to appropriate personnel.
