Capgemini is seeking a functional lead for a finance data modernization initiative. You will lead discovery, document AS-IS/TO-BE data landscapes, map KPIs to source and target fields, and shape the data and semantic layers for financial reporting and self-service analytics.

Strong finance domain knowledge and data modeling skills are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Actuarial, FPA, and IT, with responsibilities in BRD creation, UAT support, and roadmap governance.

Competenze

• 3-7 years in finance transformation or finance data in insurance/reinsurance.
• Proficiency with PC reinsurance finance terms and reporting bases.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Actuarial, Reinsurance, FPA and IT stakeholders.
• Define data elements, KPIs and mapping across medallion architecture.
