Job summary

Waabi is seeking an Associate to join the Strategic Finance & Corporate Development team as an early member. You will build and maintain complex financial models, support long-range planning, and develop business cases for growth initiatives at a frontier tech company focused on autonomous transportation.

You will partner on deal modeling, due diligence, and investor narrative development, contributing to the capital strategy and investor relations effort.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Growth Equity, or a Strategic Finance role at a high-growth technology company.

Responsibilities

• Provide End-to-End Modeling Support: Build and maintain the sophisticated financial models that underpin strategic and commercial initiatives.
• Manage the Long-Range Financial Plan: Evolve the LRP with R&D milestones and growth objectives.
• Build Strategic Business Cases: Develop analytical frameworks for new growth initiatives and partnerships.
• Support Corporate Development: Partner on deal modeling, structuring, and due diligence.
• Evaluate Capital Strategy: Explore CapEx financing solutions and treasury strategies.
