Ferrara is seeking a Finance Controller to partner with VP Finance, lead the accounting and finance function, and drive reporting, controls, and cost management for a manufacturing operation. The role requires strong SOX compliance, ERP systems know-how, and strategic financial leadership.

The Controller will oversee monthly closings, forecasts, audits, and staff, delivering timely, accurate financial information to support business goals and improve performance in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

Broad background in accounting, finance, planning and analysis, reporting, SOX compliance, and IT systems.
Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
CPA preferred; experience in manufacturing.

Mansioni

Prepare financial statements and internal/external reporting packages with SOX compliance.
Forecast monthly P&L and cash with cross-functional teams.
Maintain plant reporting systems and accurate inventory costing.
Coordinate year-end audits and SOX compliance activities.
Supervise accounting staff and drive cost control and process improvements.
