Job summary

Hire-Authority seeks a seasoned Controller in the Northwest Houston area to lead financial, administrative, HR, IT, and inventory controls. You will drive policy, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate reporting to support strategic goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, 10–12 years of leadership in finance, and proficiency with SAP/ERP systems. CPA preferred; strong supervisory and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10–12 years of accounting/financial management with leadership experience.
• Proficient in SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and supervisory abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee financial, administrative, HR, IT and inventory controls.
• Lead policy development and improvements to systems and programs.
• Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and analyze financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and banking relations.
• Oversee ERP/SAP operations and data security initiatives.
• Support executive leadership with strategic financial planning.
