Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-heavy background with cost accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or DBA encouraged; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong ERP and financial modeling software skills; ERP conversion experience desired.
• Hands-on leader with the presence to present to the board and negotiate with bankers.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close ownership and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory costing, and internal controls.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, audits, and external tax filings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling cash flow model.
• Translate financial data into actionable executive insights.
• Partner with manufacturing and sales to align financial strategy.
• Mentor a lean finance team and ensure accurate transaction processing.
