CFS in Minnesota is seeking a Controller to lead the financial direction of a growing manufacturing organization. This high-impact role offers direct partnership with the CFO, ownership of the accounting function, and opportunities to strengthen reporting and financial performance.

You will drive GAAP-compliant statements, oversee month-end close, monitor cash flow, lead budgeting and forecasting, and implement process improvements across departments with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and lead the accounting team.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and reports.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and balance sheet integrity.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning with leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
