Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual close; prepare balance sheet and income statements.
• Guide Staff Accountants and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual financial statement audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and safeguard company assets.
• Assist with budgets, cash flow, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
