The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience, strong proficiency in QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of inventory-based businesses. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities include managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and developing scalable financial processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory-based businesses and e-commerce.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and cash management.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily accounting operations including AP/AR and month-end close.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Manage accounting across e-commerce, warehouse, retail, and events.
• Build scalable financial processes and internal controls.
• Oversee revenue recognition and reconciliation across various sales channels.
