Mercy seeks a Senior Finance professional to oversee the production and reconciliation of financial statements and related reports. You will lead planning, forecasting, and business-case development for strategic initiatives and provide guidance to co-workers to drive timely outcomes.

Responsibilities include data coordination, analysis of technology requests, and maintaining Strata-driven planning modules. A CPA-preferred candidate with healthcare financial reporting experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of five years accounting or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and business case development for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate data collection and collaboration with stakeholders on business case logic.
• Oversee mid-month forecasting and transition to an AI-driven approach.
• Manage a portfolio of recurring, project-based, and ad hoc analyses.
• Support data integration and maintenance for Strata and IDP systems.
