Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years of related experience.
• 4 years of experience in financial, corporate finance, treasury, compliance, or accounting-related roles and 3 years in analyzing and administering financial or credit agreements.
• 1 year of experience supporting treasury functions and 1 year with ERP or treasury/financial reporting tools.
• Must be able to successfully complete competency-based interviews.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and project-level financial compliance, capital structuring, and treasury activities for utility-scale renewable energy assets.
• Monitor covenants, credit facilities, liquidity, and reporting obligations; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financing and governance requirements.
• Supervise the work of other employees and support process improvements and system implementations.
