You will build and maintain operating models, forecast scenarios, and unit economics for robot systems, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive scalability and value.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in strategic finance or other analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including integrated statements and forecasts.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for flexible models.
• Ability to distill complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operating model, forecasts, and long-range plan.
• Coordinate budget inputs across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commercial.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance analyses and KPI reporting.
• Translate product roadmaps, hiring plans, and deployment schedules into forecasts.
• Improve tools and reporting infrastructure for planning and performance communication.
