Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to build finance models from scratch and partner with Sales and Business Development on GTM support for restaurant merchant deals across Marketplace and Commerce Platform.

You will collaborate with teams across Business Development, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Product GMs, and Accounting to drive strategic financial decisions and portfolio performance improvements while leveraging AI tooling to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Able to build robust financial models used by F&S teams throughout the company.
• Experience with leveraging AI tooling to improve processes.
• Basic SQL proficiency (or strong willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Build financial models from scratch to support Deal Desk's GTM activities for enterprise, mid-market, and SMB.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales, Account Managers, Strategy & Operations, Product GMs, Accounting and Finance to inform strategic decisions.
• Support initiatives spanning pipeline and portfolio performance, pricing, policy, and GTM analyses.
• Analyze data, build business cases for new products, and design pilots to scale restaurant merchant deals.
