Willow Wealth, a New York-based private markets fintech, seeks a Strategic Finance Associate to join its finance team. You will help with short- and long-term forecasting, build financial models, and support executive and board-level communications.

Work cross-functionally with leadership, investment professionals, marketing, product, technology and legal. Requires 2–4 years in IB/consulting/PE or strategic finance, a Finance/Accounting degree, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or strategic finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Microsoft Excel mastery with experience building financial models.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop forecasts and long-term consolidated company forecast model.
• Define metrics, provide insights, support budgeting and board communications.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support corporate development and capital markets initiatives.
