Flow is seeking an Associate in Strategic Finance to inform company strategy, implement new initiatives, and coordinate capital markets activity in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll build financial models, run monthly close, and prepare board-ready analyses while leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and dashboards. Ideal candidates show curiosity, initiative, and strong communication skills in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategic finance, or a startup.
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Fluency with AI tools and a genuine interest in applying them to finance and strategy work.
• Ability to operate independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic finance initiatives and long-range planning.
• Manage monthly close, budget-to-actual, and rolling reforecast processes.
• Build models, unit economics, and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Support board and leadership materials and ad hoc analyses.
• Contribute to equity and debt financing materials as needed.
