About The Role

As a Strategic Finance Associate at Jasper, you will be a key contributor to driving our enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategy forward. In this role, you will partner closely with Jasper’s Sales and Commercial teams to provide financial expertise and data-driven guidance to support strategic decision-making. You will be critical in developing financial models, analyzing new market opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that shape our enterprise growth strategy.

This fully remote role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States.

What you will do at Jasper

• Collaborate with Sales & Partnerships team leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.

• Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the enterprise motion.

• Provide deal desk support for high-impact enterprise opportunities, ensuring alignment with financial goals while optimizing deal structures.

• Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing financial performance, risks, and opportunities for leadership and board meetings.

• Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential outcomes of strategic GTM initiatives.

• Ensure accurate analysis and reporting of enterprise-specific financial metrics.

What you will bring to Jasper

• 4+ years of experience across strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.

• Strong business & financial acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales motions.

• Experience building and maintaining financial models focused on ARR and/or revenue forecasting.

• Expertise in building & maintaining complex financial models.

• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant field.

• Experience partnering with GTM teams in a high-growth SaaS environment or supporting technical enterprise sales motions.

• Familiar with deal desk operations, including deal structuring and pricing strategies.

• Proficient in SQL.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
