MeUndies is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Senior Director / VP of Finance & Analytics to lead our financial strategy and operations, partnering with the executive team to scale the business. This hybrid role requires collaboration across finance, analytics, and cross‑functional teams in Los Angeles.

The role emphasizes FP&A leadership, board reporting, investor materials, and a data‑driven approach. CPA or MBA is preferred, with 8–12 years of relevant experience in DTC/e‑commerce or consumer

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience in DTC/e‑commerce/retail.
• Proven FP&A, accounting, and business analytics leadership.
• Strong understanding of DTC metrics such as CAC, LTV, margins.
• Experience developing board presentations and investor materials.
• Excellent financial modeling and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to influence executive decisions through analysis and strategy.
• Hands-on leader in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy to support growth.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate initiatives, ROI, and performance.
• Manage cash flow, capital planning, and working capital.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive reports.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership on strategy and decisions.
• Oversee accounting and compliance with internal/external partners.
• Align budgets with strategic initiatives and plans.
• Build and mentor finance and analytics teams.
• Drive data and analytics, reporting infrastructure and insights.
• Define KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention, and margins.
