Job summary

MeUndies seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Analytics in Los Angeles to turn data into clear business decisions and keep our data-driven operating model accurate. You will lead analytics, build intuitive self-service reporting, and advise executives on where to invest or pivot.

You’ll partner across teams to define trusted KPIs, connect customer, operational, and financial signals, and guide growth with data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive analytics experience
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills
• Advanced experience with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau
• Strong business acumen connecting data to strategy
• Strong financial fluency and understanding of margins and unit economics
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating to executives
• Hands-on leadership style with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for analytics and align priorities to the company strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics function and prioritize work for impact
• Lead long-range analyses uncovering growth opportunities and risks
• Craft narratives and executive-ready presentations from complex findings
• Own and improve the self-service analytics environment (Looker)
• Define KPI definitions and data-quality practices across the organization
• Partner with Data Engineering to identify data sources and reporting needs
• Combine customer research with financial data to influence priorities
• Identify opportunities for predictive analytics and higher-value use cases
• Develop company-wide KPIs for timely visibility to leadership
• Maintain a data-driven financial model aligned with planning cycles
