JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a strategic Finance & Business Management professional to support the Merchant Services (Payments) business in Plano, TX.

You will lead financial processes, budgeting, and monthly reviews for the Small & Medium business segment, partnering with senior leadership. The role emphasizes data analytics, executive presentation development, and cross-functional collaboration across finance and project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft a clear narrative for initiatives and translate complex qualitative and quantitative insights into concise executive materials.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; handle large datasets and derive insights for decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail; effective time management.
• Able to collaborate across large, matrixed teams; build trusted relationships at multiple levels; provide direction and partner with leadership to implement business solutions.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently; comfortable pivoting focus with shifting priorities while maintaining quality outcomes.
• PitchPro+ for executive-level presentation development; Advanced Excel (or Alteryx) for analytics and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and analytics: Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reporting; surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Executive materials: Develop and deliver polished materials; produce mock-ups for presentations and dashboards; use PitchPro+ for exec presentations.
• Stakeholder engagement: Coordinate with managers, finance, project managers, and other F&B teams; respond to exec ad-hoc requests across PM, presentation, and analysis.
• Data tooling: Use Excel to organize large datasets and produce actionable insights and concise conclusions.
• Problem solving and delivery: Identify issues, design solutions, and communicate resolution; manage daily ad-hoc requests with global teams.
• Conduct bespoke/ ad-hoc analyses to diagnose performance and measure impact of initiatives.
