Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics and modeling experience, with strong Excel proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong project management.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex problems to all staff levels.
• Effective time management and ability to drive initiatives with teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing data across consumer, merchant, network, and industry data; making recommendations for action
• Influencing and shaping international network strategy
• Validating data; identifying underlying causes of data discrepancies
• Articulating insights to senior management
• Creating and optimizing datasets and data environments
• Proactively identifying ways to improve processes and procedures
• Creating new Python scripts to automate operational processes
• Utilizing AI to help with processing data and automating workflows
• Driving an environment of risk controls; escalating issues to senior management as needed
• Understanding the payments industry and staying abreast of current market environment and trends
