Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics with a relevant degree.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis; coding/automation familiarity preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive learnability and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for FinOp and firm leadership, highlighting trends and drivers.
• Analyze financial, operational, and business data to generate actionable insights.
• Build and standardize reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with FinOp to answer business questions and support capability-building.
