Broan-NuTone LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the North American Supply Chain and Operations teams. You will drive cost analyses, budgeting, and monthly closes while delivering actionable financial insights to leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting/finance, strong cost accounting background, and proficiency with ERP and Excel. A hybrid work model supports collaboration across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and/or Finance.
• Strong background in cost accounting and operations reporting.
• Analytical skills to decipher complex data and present actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Financial Reporting, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial partner for the North American Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Contribute to cost savings projects by updating financial calculations and forecasts.
• Support site finance teams for monthly close and reporting.
• Conduct monthly analyses of active cost savings projects and provide insights.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and SG&A spend reviews with VPs and Directors.
• Contribute to various projects as assigned by your manager.
