Broan-NuTone LLC is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to own SG&A and capital activity for US operations. You’ll partner with executives, manage month-end close, and ensure accurate reporting of capital projects and fixed assets.

This role is hybrid, onsite three days weekly at our Hartford HQ, and requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting/finance, has hands-on accounting experience, and understands US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Hands-on accounting (journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and P&L/balance sheet relationships.
• Analytical work (variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting).
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• SG&A Reporting, Budgeting & Analysis for US functions with variance explanations.
• Capital Projects & Fixed Assets tracking and capitalization oversight.
• Financial Reporting & Close support for SG&A and capital areas.
• Business Partnering with executives; translate numbers into insights.
• Systems & Process Improvement to streamline reporting and controls.
