Job summary

Broan NuTone in Hartford, WI is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the FP&A Director, this role will support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management while partnering with Operations, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights that support business decision-making.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and the annual budgeting process, develop

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
4–7 years of progressive FP&A experience.
Manufacturing/operations analytics exposure is a plus.
Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Experience with BI tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to align financial performance with strategic priorities.
Provide forward-looking insights, scenario modeling, and recommendations to leaders.
Forecast, budget, and consolidate quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards with financial narratives.
Lead process improvements and drive automation in FP&A.
