Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the North America National Accounts organization. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support key commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, FP&A, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of key financial, operational, and commercial drivers impacting National Accounts.
• Lead month-end close activities, including reporting, variance analysis, and communication of drivers.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Provide forward-looking commentary to support monthly forecasts.
• Perform SG&A, trade investment, customer profitability, and related analyses.
• Contribute to annual operating plan and strategic planning processes.
• Develop complex financial models to support initiatives, pricing, and customer analysis.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes for data accuracy and visibility.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to Finance, Sales, and stakeholders.
