The role emphasizes building financial models, driving profitability, and improving reporting across systems. A strong foundation in finance and ERP tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis and data management.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a co-pilot for the business unit team.
• Understand the business drivers and contribute to analysis.
• Participate in month-end/quarter-end close and communicate drivers.
• Provide forward-looking commentary on forecasts and plans.
• Assist in developing the annual business/strategic plan.
• Build financial models and provide recommendations to sales and leadership.
• Challenge decisions and offer alternatives with data.
• Improve processes and reporting across systems.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to sales and finance.
