Job summary

Lamb Weston in Park Rapids, MN is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to perform complex financial analyses, act as a business partner to operations, and lead small teams on finance initiatives.

You will build and update forecasts, support AOP, and deliver actionable insights to management. A Bachelor’s is required; MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus, with SAP experience preferred. This is a growth-focused, on-site role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Math, or Economics.
• MBA or CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional general business and financial experience.
• Experience with P&L management and financial systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner for accounting and finance questions and provide clear commentary on issues and results.
• Contribute to annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plan for P&L components.
• Update monthly forecast and communicate changes to business partners.
• Lead month-end close activities and resolve unusual items promptly.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting; provide FP&A support as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects across finance and other departments.
