Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. invites a Financial Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

You will support monthly close, forecasting, and the annual plan, while building financial models for product development, pricing, and customer analysis. This role requires strong P&L and GAAP knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment at our Washington site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis and data management.
• Strong ability to analyze data and present financial recommendations.
• Experience presenting complex data to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a co-pilot for the business unit team.
• Provide financial analysis and models for requests (product development, customer analysis, pricing).
• Participate in month-end/quarter-end close and forecast commentary.
• Develop annual business/strategic plan and provide actionable recommendations.
