Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong budgeting experience.
• Excellent Excel proficiency and robust accounting systems knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Self-starter with the ability to solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly financial reporting with insights on revenue, margin, and operating income trends.
• Build, enhance, and maintain forecasting and planning models.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with key P&L components.
• Develop scenario analyses for pricing, revenue growth, and cost optimization across shipping, fulfillment, and supply chain.
• Analyze drivers like average order value, units per order, shipping cost per order, and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to improve profitability.
• Use SQL, Snowflake, Mode Analytics, and Power BI to deliver scalable analytics.
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects requiring strong financial and business acumen.
