Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Finance Analyst to lead forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for investment management revenue and expenses. You will partner with product teams and business leaders to drive profitability and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong Excel/Access/SQL skills, experience with Essbase/Hyperion, and excellent presentation abilities. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred) is expected, with 5+ years of experience. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of related experience in financial analysis activities.
• Experience with Essbase/Hyperion and SQL would be a bonus.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for investment management revenue and expenses.
• Conduct product profitability and trend analysis to inform growth strategies and resource allocation.
• Partner with business leaders as a finance advisor on strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to forecast outcomes and assess impact of decisions.
