U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic Finance leader for Asset Management & Institutional Investments. You will drive planning, performance analysis, and decision support to guide long-term financial objectives and resource allocation across the business.

You will collaborate with leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, build financial models, and deliver actionable insights. This role requires on-site presence several days per week and a strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Typically five or more years of related financial analysis experience.
• MBA preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for investment management revenue and expenses.
• Conduct product profitability and trend analysis; link performance to market and business drivers.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to forecast outcomes.
