Job summary

Ventura Foods seeks a detail-oriented finance analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic projects. You will develop financial models, benchmark performance, and provide ad hoc analyses to help optimize processes and drive savings.

The role involves capital planning support, FFG tracking, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate financial deliverables. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and 2+ years in finance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, modeling & reporting is required.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint required.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills are required.
• CMA or MBA a plus.
• Experience with JDE, AS400, BI a plus.
• Food manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models that streamline analysis and reporting.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to reporting and analysis.
• Ad hoc financial analysis, modeling & presentations.
• Benchmark performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Assist with preparation and analysis of financial results.
• Historical trend analysis and reporting on key metrics.
• Assist with bi‑weekly Latest Est i mate (LE) of monthly performance.
• Maintain FFG tracking and verify savings.
• CapEx planning and forecasting of capital expenditures.
