Ventura County Credit Union seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Accounting/Finance and leaders across the organization. You will build financial models, perform complex analyses, and support budgeting and forecasting to drive performance.

This on-site role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills to deliver actionable insights and strategies for growth and long-term financial health.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years’ directly related experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, BI, or related analytical functions.
• Experience in a credit union, bank, or financial institution preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and data modeling best practices.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and planning.
• Publish complex ad hoc reports to management to support decision-making.
• Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create profitability analyses at product, member, channel, and portfolio levels.
• Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance scorecards with BI tools.
• Support ALM reporting, liquidity, and risk analysis as part of balance sheet management.
