Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 3+ years analytical experience in Finance; forecasting, budgeting or financial reporting experience required.
• Experience with financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses highlighting trends and risks/opportunities.
• Analyze macro trends and translate into financial impacts.
• Support profitability analysis across client segments and product lines.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track progress against goals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and LOB teams for alignment on metrics.
• Contribute to monthly business reviews and month-end close activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate tasks.
• Support ad hoc finance initiatives and projects.
